It’s really simple. All you have to do is select the item(s) you are after and add them to your shopping bag. When you get to the checkout, you will have the option to select ‘Click & Collect’ as a delivery option. You’ll receive an email once your order has been processed letting you know your order is ready to collect. All click and collect orders can only be picked up from our store in London at: Ben Nevis Clothing, 237 Royal College Street, London. NW1 9LT.

COLLECTING IN PERSON – You’ll need to show either a valid Driving Licence, valid Passport or Credit or Debit card, matching the name on your order, along with your order confirmation email. This email can be on your phone / tablet. You must also be the person collecting your item and all ID must match the name given on your order.
SOMEONE COLLECTING FOR YOU – If you require someone else to collect the package for you, you must inform us by email or telephone before they come to collect it. They will be required to give your unique order number which can be found on your Confirmation, Dispatch and Ready to collect emails we will send. They will also need to provide Photo ID for themselves and sign to say they have collected the item on your behalf. They will also be required to give their full name.
You’ll have 14 days to collect your item from receiving your email to say this has arrived in store. You’ll be sent an email or contacted by phone when you have 7 days left to collect your item and then a further email or phone call when you have 48 hours left to collect your item.
Should your item not be collected from the store, an automatic refund will be issued once your 14 day collection period is up. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment and this can take 2-5 working days to show back in your account. We’ll notify you by email when this has been processed.
It’s no problem to change your mind in store. Just let the sales assistant know whether you are looking for an exchange, should the item be available in store, or a refund.
Should you wish for an exchange for an item that is not in stock. We will be happy to have it shipped out to an address of your choosing but will require a payment of delivery costs.
Once you collect your item, you’ll have the standard 21 days to return your item in its unworn/unused condition. You must provide proof of purchase at this point.
