How to apply your PAYG credits
For a new GPS tracker:
If you are purchasing your credit package at the same time as a new GPS tracker, your credits will be automatically programmed. You will not need to activate your credits- and your tracking device will be ready to use straight away.
Topping up an existing tracker:
Returning customers topping up existing tracker(s), simply add your desired credit package to your basket and proceed to check out. On the checkout page there will be a box to enter your Device ID/Account ID(s) that you would like the credits applied to. For new customers, you will be sent a Device/Account ID when you purchase your new GPS tracker. You can then use this ID as a reference for future Top Up Credit purchases.
Whenever you purchase a credit plan from Monday to Saturday with in 12.01am midnight till 5pm it will be activated on the day. If you purchase a credit plan past 5pm Monday to Friday it will be activated the next day. If you purchase a credit plan after 5pm Saturday or any time on a Sunday it will be activated on Monday. On bank holidays it will be activated the next working day.
SMS credits are needed for when you:
- Change the report pace of your GPS tracker (Options from every 5 seconds to 60 minutes)
- Opt to receive Motion Alerts
- Set up Zone Alerts
- If you have an SOS feature on your GPS tracker
- If you do an Instant Locate on your device
Please note: As an alternative to text messages you can receive email alerts on your phone for movement alerts, SOS alerts and Zone Alerts. Simply add an email address instead of a mobile number for your notification alerts.
SMS credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are applied to your device.
