Delivery and Returns Policy
Our general statement is that we want you to be fully satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, if you don’t like it for any reason just return it to us to be exchanged or refunded. We have built a customer satisfaction relationship second to none, if there are any issues please telephone or email and we will sort it out.
Any item that has not been used or worn (other than sizing purposes) can be returned for a replacement within 21 days after delivery, not affecting your statutory rights. This period is extended to 6 weeks for Christmas presents. If the item is not to your satisfaction and has not been used or worn and is returned within 21 days we will refund the cost minus the postage charges. The refund will be processed once your goods are received and inspected, usually same or next working day.
If you ordered an incorrect item, wrong colour or wrong size you will have to pay return postage charges and we will send an exchange free (UK) of P&P (one exchange for each item) if we dispatched an incorrect or faulty item, we pay for return postage charges. You will need to post any returns using Royal Mail signed for delivery, unless you have your own preferred courier (We use Royal Mail charges for refunds on faulty items). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us, please ensure you obtain a signature. Please enclose your name, address and contact details and if possible the Order number with any returns with instructions.
Returns that are made from outside of the UK may in counter Duty & Tax charges from the UK. We are not liable for these charges as YOU the sender do not require the goods.
If you require an exchange and it is too an international address or a remote address in the UK you will have to pay extra postage charges. In this case we will contact you via e-mail, and instruct you on how to pay the extra delivery cost.
